Gain EQ skills to expand your leadership potential. Join Amanda Madorno and her herd of horses for this two-day intensive that will transform your leadership and grow your EQ. Using a blend of hands-on practice and skill development, you’ll learn the essential competencies of EQ and effective leadership: understanding yourself, managing yourself, understanding others, and managing others.

Time: Noon to 5 PM on Friday. 9:00 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. We take an hour for lunch and two 20-minute breaks during the day.

No horse experience is necessary and no riding is involved.

Safe horse handling practices are thoroughly reviewed with participants.

We spend a great deal of time outdoors, so dress for the weather. We recommend layers, a hat and sunscreen!

It is best to wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a little bit dusty, perhaps even dirty.

Wear protective footwear. This means sturdy, closed-toe and closed-heel shoes or boots. Do not wear running shoes, flip-flops or bare feet!

Do not wear anything that dangles and can get caught or tied up.

Bring your own water bottle. Snacks available both days and lunch provided on Saturday.
